Tyler Moreland started Sierra Pools in the summer of 1992. Tyler learned the profession from his father Steve, who owned North Valley Pool Services for over 35 years.  Tyler started the business at age 19 while he was going to college and playing collegiate baseball. Though he kept the business small during his years at Butte College and Chico State, Tyler knew that he was going to work hard to expand the business into a corporation.
